A few hours after beating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and scoring his first TD of the season, Detroit Lions tight end Joseph Fauria took to Twitter to accuse his girlfriend of cheating on him with Super Bowl winning quarterback Russell Wilson of the Seattle Seahawks. In the tweet, he wrote, “Hey @DangeRussWilson enjoy her @erikaannhammond. She had me thinking she was a loyal GF.” Not long after posting it, Fauria deleted the message. Fauria’s girlfriend is former WWE diva Erika Hammond.

1. In the Tweet, Fauria Channeled Fellow Football Cuckold Brennan Clay

The tweet sent out by Fauria also makes reference to Brennan Clay. The week before Fauria’s accusations, Clay, a former Oklahoma Sooners player, accused his former college teammate, Demarco Murray of the Dallas Cowboys, of having an affair with his wife, Gina D’Agostini. Apparently, D’Agostini had Murray listed in her phone under the name “Spray Tan.” Clay responded to Fauria on Twitter, telling the Lions star to “SWERVE ON THESE.”

Less than 24 hours after sending the initial tweet, Fauria said on Twitter:
I apologize for what I said last night. I make mistakes. I didn’t have all the facts & emotions got the best of me.
2. Hammond Tweeted Fauria’s Twerking Butt Just Hours Before His Cheat Tweet
In her last tweet, Erika Hammond, 23, tweeted a Vine of her boyfriend twerking after he scored a touchdown against the Buccaneers.
Fauria was celebrating his first touchdown of the season for the Lions. Fauria missed six games this season due to an ankle injury he infamously suffered while chasing his dog, a 3-month-old Pomeranian-Husky mix.
He re-tweaked the same ankle on Sunday and may miss additional games. He hurled his helmet after the injury, which came hours before his frustrated cheat tweet.
3. Russell Wilson Was Reportedly Dating Lolo Jones

Russell Wilson has been divorced since April 2014. He married his former-girlfriend, Ashton Meem, in January 2012 in Richmond, Virginia. It had been rumored that Wilson’s marriage fell apart because of Meem’s infidelity with Wilson’s team mate, Golden Tate.
Page Six reports that since his divorce, Wilson had been dating Olympic track and bobsled star Lolo Jones.
4. Fauria & Hammond Have Been Together for Around a Year

It’s unclear exactly how long Joe Fauria and Erika Hammond have been dating. On her official website, Hammond posted a blog about going skydiving with Fauria in February 2014.
5. Erika Hammond Was a Texas Beauty Queen Before Becoming a Wrestling Diva

According to a pro wrestling bio, Hammond left the WWE, where she worked under the name Veronica Lane in September 2014. The bio adds that Hammond was first runner-up in Miss Texas Teen USA in 2010 and was voted Miss Lubbokc Texas Teen in 2009. Her gimmick while she was with WWE was of a beauty queen. According to her Facebook page, she’s a native of Waco, Texas. Studied PR at Texas Tech and is now based in Los Angeles. The only sportsperson she likes on Facebook is her boyfriend.
