NFL executive Troy Vincent told Adrian Peterson, who is suspended indefinitely after facing child abuse charges, that he only has two games left in his suspension. Since the recording is from Nov. 12, Peterson was promised he would have been able to play Nov. 23, a game in which the Vikings lost to the Packers.
This audio, which was recorded by Peterson, was used as evidence by Peterson in an attempt to say the NFL punished him for missing the Nov. 14 hearing he claims to have believed was not required.
