National Signing Day has become a national phenomenon.

It used to be a simple fax from the player notifying the school of his intentions to attend said college to play football beginning the following fall.

No cameras. No fuss. No big deal.

Now? It’s must-see TV.

ESPNU will have coverage of the event beginning at 8 a.m. Eastern and it’ll run through 7 p.m.

Coverage will include live announcements of the top recruits’ decisions and analysis.
