The Bills will host the Colts at Ralph Wilson Stadium on Sunday at 1 p.m. looking to give Rex Ryan a win in his debut as head coach. Ryan went 50-52 in six seasons with the Jets that included a pair of trips to the AFC Championship Game.

To do so the Bills are going to have to slow down Andrew Luck and the Colts, who are favored to win the AFC in 2015. Buffalo has not seen Luck since he was a rookie in 2012, an unusual schedule quirk for conference teams.

The Colts have won seven of the last eight matchups going back to 2000.
