Both the Detroit Lions (0-1) and Minnesota Vikings (0-1) went west in Week 1 looking to come home with a win. Neither succeeded and now must face another in an important early season NFC North matchup.

The Lions and Vikings each entered 2015 with a lot of promise after last season, but neither met up to the billing in Week 1. Detroit’s defense was shredded by San Diego while Minnesota didn’t find the end zone in San Francisco.

Detroit took both meetings last season, and have won six of nine in the series.
