The United States defeated one South American club in Peru on Friday, and next the Stars and Stripes will look to conquer Brazil in a matchup on Sunday.

Like most of the world, Brazil has owned the United States in soccer, winning 15 and drawing one of 17 all-time matches between the two countries. The U.S. came close to topping the five-time World Cup winners in the 2009 Confederations Cup, but Brazil rallied from two goals down to win.

Brazil won the last meeting 4-1 in 2012.
