WATCH: Ravens Beat Browns On Will Hill’s Last-Second Field Goal Return Touchdown

Who thought Browns-Ravens could be so exciting?

After a Matt Schaub interception set the Browns up to take the lead, Austin Davis drove the team into field goal position. But Travis Coon’s 51-yard attempt was blocked by Brent Urban, and backup safety Will Hill returned the ball into the endzone with no time remaining.

And it ruins the great story that would’ve bee Austin Davis. The game turned on Josh McCown’s injury, which usually signals the entrance of Johnny Manziel. But recent incidents have Manziel down to third-string, and Austin Davis took advantage of the opportunity.

A late TD pass to Travis Benjamin tied the game late, and after the Schaub interception it seemed Davis was bound to be the Tuesday-morning hero. But poor clock management by the Brown’s staff led to a lackluster attempt to edge into field goal range, forcing a line drive kick from Coons that was blocked by defensive end Brent Urban, who was playing in his first NFL game.

It was an interesting ending for an otherwise boring game. The Browns and Ravens, with a combined five wins heading into tonight’s Week 12 matchup, mostly struggled on offense through two quarters. But Matt Schaub reminded Ravens fans why he was released from the Texans, and threw a pick-six to Karlos Dansby early in the third quarter. Schaub bounced back with a TD pass to Kamar Aiken, and with McCown injured it looked like the Ravens would cruise to victory.

What a crazy final quarter. The Browns head home next week to face the Bengals, while the Ravens fly south on a short week to play the Dolphins.
