WATCH: Knile Davis Opening Kickoff Return Touchdown

That’s how you start the playoffs!

Knile Davis started the 2016 playoffs with one of the longest scoring plays ever, returning the opening kickoff 106 yards for a TD. Davis ran untouched the length of the field, scoring the first points of the game in eleven seconds.

It’s a big blow to the Texans, who also made a big mistake in their first meeting with Houston. Once again, the Texans will be playing from behind against Kansas City.

The Texans’ Twitter account showed their enthusiasm for the play:

Knile Davis is the backup running back, sharing time with Charcandrick West in the Chiefs backfield.

The Texans proceeded to go three and out on the next drive. Houston had the crowd on their side with their defense set to head out on the field, and the Chiefs took all the noise out of the stadium.

In the first week of the season, Brian Hoyer threw an interception on the first play of the game. It set the Texans on the wrong foot, and the Chiefs stayed aggressive. The Chiefs went on to win, 27-20.
