No. 10 Toronto Blue Jays
Standings: 3rd in AL East
Last Week's Ranking: 6th

No. 9 Cleveland Indians
Standings: 1st in AL Central

Standings: 1st in AL West
Last Week's Ranking: 3rd
Outlook: The Rangers lost a series to the Cubs then were swept by the Angels. They host the A's then square off against a Royals team they saw last week. No. 5 Boston Red Sox
Standings: 2nd in AL East
Last Week's Ranking: 8th
Outlook: After winning a series against their rivals from New York, the Red Sox swept a two-game series against the Giants then split a four-game series against the Twins. Overall, a solid way to start the second half of the season. July has put the Red Sox back on track after a sluggish June. This week, they host the Tigers then travel to California to take on the Angels. (Getty)

No. 4 Houston Astros
Standings: 2nd in AL West
Last Week's Ranking: 10th
Outlook: Aside from losing a series to the A's, it has been a good two weeks for Houston. They took two of three against the Mariners then swept the Angels to end the week. Up next, the Astros host the Yankees then head to Detroit to take on the Tigers. Texas still has control of the AL West, but the Astros are narrowly closing the gap each week.
