The Atlanta Braves are squaring off in a 3-game weekend set with the New York Yankees.

On Friday, the Braves’ eight-game winning streak came to an end with a tough 3-2 loss, but Atlanta is sending ace Chris Sale to the mound for game two on Saturday. New York is rolling with Gerrit Cole for game two of the series.

Perhaps the Braves, or excuse me… not perhaps, undoubtedly the Atlanta Braves’ hottest hitter right now is Matt Olson. He’s hit a home run in each of the last two games, and now has 33 on the season.

After getting a rare start as the cleanup man on Friday (against the LHP Max Fried), Matt Olson is back to his usual third spot in Walt Weiss’s lineup on Saturday:

Some notable changes in the lineup include: Drake Baldwin and Ronald Acuña Jr. switching in the order, Ozzie Albies batting fifth, and Michael Harris II back in the order after an off day.

Atlanta is rolling right now, and despite the loss on Friday, they are still 15-6 since the All-Star break and have opened up an 8.0-game lead in the NL East.
