The Braves wrote (via X): “The #Braves today selected C Chadwick Tromp to the major league roster and placed C Drake Baldwin on the 10-day injured list with a strained right oblique muscle.”

Baldwin was picked in the third round of the 2022 MLB Draft.
The 25-year-old had been batting .303 with 57 hits, 13 home runs, 38 RBI’s, 39 runs and one stolen base.
Meanwhile, the Braves are the top team in the National League East with a 32-16 record in 48 games.
