On Thursday night, the Atlanta Braves will to look go for the sweep of the Chicago Cubs at Truist Park.

They are coming off a 4-1 win on Wednesday.

Mauricio Dubón led the team with one home run and two RBI’s.

On Tuesday, MLB legend Pedro Martinez sent a bold post (via X) about the Braves.

His post had over 2,000 likes and 85,000 impressions.

He wrote: “The Braves are the only team in the National League that I see have a legit chance to give the Dodgers a run for their money.”

The Braves are off to a sensational start to the 2026 season after missing the MLB playoffs last year.

They are the top team in the National League East with a 30-13 record in 43 games.

At home, the Braves have gone 14-6 in 20 games.

Following one more games with the Cubs, they will remain at Truist Park for a series with the Boston Red Sox that starts on Friday night.
