On Thursday, the Atlanta Braves will finish their series with the Miami Marlins at Truist Park in Georgia.
They are looking to go for the sweep after winning the first two games.
Most recently, the Braves won by a score of 4-1 on Wednesday.

Braves World Series Champ Released
Earlier this week, news came out that a former Braves pitcher had been released by the Los Angeles Angels.
MLB.com wrote (on August 3): “Salt Lake Bees released RHP Huascar Ynoa.”
Ynoa did not appear in a game for the Angels.
He had been with their Triple-A affiliate.
Looking At Ynoa
Ynoa has spent all four seasons of his MLB career with the Braves.
During the 2021 season, he went 4-6 with a 4.05 ERA in 18 games (17 starts).
The 28-year-old was also with the franchise when they won the 2021 World Series over the Houston Astros.
Ynoa has not appeared in an MLB game since the 2022 season.
Over 31 career games (24 starts), he has gone 4-8 with a 5.22 ERA.
It will be interesting to see if anyone picks him up before the end of the 2026 season.
Braves Right Now
The Braves are at the top of the National League East with a 69-45 record in 114 games.
They have gone 8-2 over their last ten games (and are 38-20 in 58 games at home).
Angels Right Now
On the other side, the Angels have had another tough season.
They are at the bottom of the American League West with a 43-71 record in 114 games.
The Angels are finishing their series with Pete Alonso and the Baltimore Orioles on Thursday (in Maryland).
