Ahead of Sunday’s series finale, the Dodgers have announced a roster move.
The Dodgers wrote (via X): “The Dodgers activated RHP Brock Stewart from the injured list and optioned LHP Jake Eder to Triple-A Oklahoma City.”
Looking At Eder And Stewart

Eder is in his first season playing for the Dodgers after spending part of two years with the Chicago White Sox and Los Angeles Angels.
So far this season, he has gone 1-0 with a 2.25 ERA in four games.
The 27-year-old was picked in the fourth round of the 2020 MLB Draft out of Vanderbilt.

Meanwhile, Stewart spent the first three and a half seasons of his career with the Dodgers.
He then had stints with the Minnesota Twins and Toronto Blue Jays before returning to Los Angeles.
The 34-year-old has yet to make his 2026 season debut.
Dodgers Nation wrote: “BREAKING: The Dodgers have activated Brock Stewart off the injured list and optioned Jake Eder 🚨
Stewart will make his season debut after missing all 36 games this season. He joined the Dodgers last season from the Minnesota Twins in exchange for outfielder James Outman.”
