Phillies Sign Former MLB 1st-Round Pick
According to Jim Salisbury of NBC Sports Philadelphia, the Phillies are signing Dylan Carlson to a Minor League deal.
Salisbury wrote: “Phillies have signed OF Dylan Carlson to a minor league contract. He will go to Lehigh Valley”
Carlson had appeared in three games for the Cubs this season.
