Scottie Barnes finished with nine points, six rebounds, four assists, three steals and one block while shooting 4/14 from the field and 1/6 from three-point range in 36 minutes of playing time.

Before Friday’s game, the Raptors have announced that Barnes will be listed as questionable.
Blake Murphy of Sportsnet wrote: “Scottie Barnes (illness) and Collin Murray-Boyles (thumb) are questionable Friday. Chucky Hepburn remains out with 905.
Suns playing tonight so not report yet, but Dillon Brooks & Mark Williams out.”

Barnes is in the middle of his fifth NBA season (out of Florida State).
He is averaging 18.8 points, 7.9 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.5 blocks per contest while shooting 49.9% from the field and 29.9% from three-point range in 63 games.
ESPN’s Shams Charania wrote (on February 1): “2026 NBA East All-Star reserves: Donovan Mitchell, Jalen Johnson, Karl-Anthony Towns, Pascal Siakam, Norman Powell, Scottie Barnes, Jalen Duren.”

The Raptors come into play as the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference with a 36-29 record in 65 games.
They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak (and have won four out of their last ten).
Following the Suns, the Raptors will remain at home to host the Detroit Pistons on Sunday.

They are in the middle of a three-game winning streak (and 6-4 over their last ten).
On the road, the Suns are 16-14 in 30 games.
