The Baltimore Ravens have a very important offseason ahead of them and free agency rumors are already going around.
According to Bleacher Report, Ravens offensive lineman Tyler Linderbaum is predicted to land with the New York Giants.
SNY’s Connor Hughes reported on Tuesday that the Giants are expected to be “aggressive in targeting ex-Ravens in free agency,” primarily due to the connection to new head coach John Harbaugh.
“Baltimore Ravens Pro Bowl center Tyler Linderbaum is a pending free agent and could be the most high-profile name on the market this offseason if he isn’t re-signed before mid-March. The Giants appear to be one of the early favorites to sign him.” Justin Fried wrote in a Jet Press article.
Tyler Linderbaum’s Resume with the Baltimore Ravens
Linderbaum has proved himself to be solid offensive lineman with the Baltimore Ravens during his four years in the NFL.
The 3-time Pro Bowler started all 17 games for the Ravens in 2025. Linderbaum also earned some Offensive Rookie of the Year votes in 2022.
“He’s allowed just two sacks over the last three seasons and is coming off a 2025 season in which he finished with a career-best 80.2 PFF grade,” Fried wrote. “At just 25 years old, Linderbaum would be one of the best free agents to hit the open market in years.”
Linderbaum has been named to three consecutive Pro Bowls. He has never posted a single-season Pro Football Focus grade below 74.0. Linderbaum has ranked among PFF’s top seven centers every year he’s been in the league.
“His 83.7 Pro Football Focus run-blocking grade was fourth among centers, and he ranked 22nd with a 63.4 pass-blocking grade.” Mike Moraitis wrote in a Sporting News article. “A three-time Pro Bowler, Linderbaum had yet another strong season for the Ravens in 2025, once again cementing himself as one of the better centers in the NFL.”
Linderbaum, is projected to receive a four-year, $70.8 million contract in free agency, according to Spotrac.
Who Else Will Join Harbaugh in New York?
There’s no doubt that Tyler Linderbaum would be a great asset to the New York Giants. The Giants struggled to protect Jaxson Dart last year.
“Big Blue needs to overhaul an offensive line that allowed 48 sacks and struggled to protect rookie signal-caller Jaxson Dart.” Alex Kay wrote in the Bleacher Report article. “Adding Linderbaum on a long-term deal would solidify the unit and give the franchise an anchor to build around in the offensive trenches for years to come.”
One coach has already followed Harbaugh to New York.
Todd Monken was rumored to join Harbaugh before taking the Cleveland Browns head coaching position. Former Ravens Special Teams Coordinator Chris Horton joined Harbaugh’s staff in New York on January 25th.
Horton’s title with New York will be assistant head coach and special teams coordinator.
According to a Giants Wire article, Tight End Isaiah Likely could be on the move to the big apple as well. Likely has been a reliable target for Lamar Jackson since 2022.
“The Giants have a talented tight end room, but any team would welcome the addition of Isaiah Likely. The soon-to-be 26-year-old red-zone specialist served as a nice compliment to Mark Andrews for the last four seasons, grabbing 135 passes for 1,568 yards, 15 touchdowns, and 70 first downs.”
