Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen and his wife, Hailee Steinfeld, announced the birth of their baby girl in April.
Neither Allen nor Steinfeld missed a beat after becoming first-time parents. The 2024 league MVP cut paternity leave short and returned to Buffalo for the first day of voluntary workouts on April 7. Steinfeld also quickly returned to work following their baby’s birth.
After revealing her new partnership with Ashley Luxe furniture, Disney announced that Steinfeld will star alongside Rashida Jones in the upcoming animated movie, “Hexed.” However, Allen and the Oscar-nominated actress are also soaking in their new life as a family of three.
Steinfeld hinted at her excitement at celebrating her first-ever Mother’s Day as a new mom in her newsletter, Beau Society, and on May 11, she posted the first photo album on Instagram featuring their baby girl.

Steinfeld captioned her Mother’s Day Instagram post, “A day late but simply obsessed with this 💗.”
The “Sinners” star and Allen celebrated the holiday with a homemade pancake brunch and a white-frosted Mother’s Day cake. It seems Allen read Beau Society as she mentioned in last week’s issue that she’d like “a sweet (or savory) Mother’s Day breakfast,” and even included the recipe for “Golden Diner pancakes.”
Fans gushed over the new pictures and loved how their entire brunch spread appeared to be from Wegmans.

GettyBills quarterback Josh Allen and his wife, Hailee Steinfeld, welcomed a baby girl.
Allen spoke about how his perspective has changed since becoming a dad on April 20. “I think it definitely changes the mindset a little bit,” he told reporters. “I’m very excited. I do think this is going to be the best version of myself — in all aspects, my professional career and my personal life.
“It’s such a blessing. I’ve got an absolute rockstar of a wife that’s doing so many things right now and allowing me to be here right now and be with my teammates. Special times.” When asked if he’s gotten any sleep with a newborn at home, “No,” Allen answered with a laugh. “But I wouldn’t want it any other way. It’s very rewarding.”
Allen also joked about turning 30 and the notion of playing past his athletic peak. “And then hopefully, the dad strength kicks in, right? ” he said. “That’s what they say… I think just getting back to playing this game the way I love to play it, having fun, enjoying my teammates, enjoying this game — not focusing on the results and continuing to love the grind — the results will come with that.”
