Taylor Swift was spotted in New York City as Travis Kelce filmed a new campaign, adding to speculation that the city could play a key role in the couple’s upcoming wedding plans.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end was seen shooting a campaign for Tommy Hilfiger in and around Central Park. Swift reportedly arrived at the Plaza Hotel ahead of the shoot, entering under a black umbrella to avoid photographers.
The appearance comes as new details emerge about a possible New York City wedding for the couple.
Travis Kelce Films Tommy Hilfiger Campaign in New York City
Kelce was photographed filming the campaign in a red, white, and blue plaid shirt layered over a white T-shirt, paired with a navy jacket and khaki pants, according to Page Six. He was also seen tossing a football between takes.
Before filming, Kelce prepared at the Plaza Hotel, where he worked with his grooming team. Hairstylist Vince Garcia later shared a post from Central Park, writing “Day 2,” indicating the campaign would continue.
Kelce was recently named a global brand ambassador and creative collaborator for Tommy Hilfiger. In a press release, the brand said he will appear in “a series of campaigns shaped by relentless optimism, endless curiosity and a belief in dreaming big.”
Kelce also spoke about the partnership.
“Getting to work with Tommy and put my own twist on timeless pieces, in a way that feels original for today, is a dream come true,” he said.
The collaboration is expected to include a capsule collection set for release next spring.
Taylor Swift Spotted at Plaza Hotel During Kelce’s Shoot
Swift was reported to be at the Plaza Hotel during Kelce’s shoot, though she avoided direct public appearances.
Her longtime friend Gigi Hadid, who has collaborated with Tommy Hilfiger, was also seen there.
The sighting marked another instance of Swift supporting Kelce during a professional appearance, much like she does at home games at Arrowhead Stadium.
Swift has longstanding ties to New York City, where she owns multiple properties in Tribeca and has spent significant time over the years. She has also referenced the city in her music, including the song “Cornelia Street” from her album “Lover.”
Kelce has also spoken about enjoying time in the city.
“It’s cool to just kinda vibe around the city,” Kelce said on his podcast, “New Heights.” “I think it’s one of my favorite things to do in New York, just be one with the city and just kinda walk the streets and feel the electricity, feeling everybody doing their own s–t and meeting a few new people along the way.”

The New York City appearance comes as a source told Page Six that Swift and Kelce have sent out save-the-dates for their wedding, with the event reportedly planned for July 3 in the city.
The reported location differs from earlier speculation that the couple was considering Rhode Island, where Swift owns a large estate. A previous report indicated they were exploring other venues that could accommodate a larger guest list.
If the New York City plans move forward, Swift and Kelce would join a list of celebrities who have married in the city, including Beyoncé and Jay-Z, Hailey and Justin Bieber, and Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick.
July Fourth is a meaningful holiday for Swift, who is known for her annual parties, and this year also marks the 250th anniversary of the United States.
