Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his fiancée, Taylor Swift, stole the show at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 26.
This marked Swift and Kelce’s first major music awards show together, and it proved to be a historic night for the 36-year-old pop star. Following the end of her record-breaking “Eras Tour” and the release of “The Life of a Showgirl,” Swift was the most-nominated artist of the night with nine nods.
She left the ceremony extending her own record as the artist with the most wins in iHeartRadio history (41).
The songwriter took home seven awards, including Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, and Pop Album of the Year. She also won Pop Song of the Year, Best Lyrics, and Best Music Video for “The Fate of Ophelia.” The “Eras Tour” won Favorite Tour Style.
Travis Kelce Mouthed ‘I Love You’ During Taylor Swift’s Thank You Speech

Swift gave her first speech of the night to accept the Pop Album of the Year award. She said, “The album, ‘The Life of a Showgirl,’ was really inspired by the energy that I felt, like looking into crowds and seeing you guys and connecting with you every single night.
“And so the album came out with this energy of just feeling really happy and strong and confident and free. And so I want to say thank you to the fans for giving me that feeling.”
Swift then shifted her attention toward Kelce, sitting in the front row.
“I think that this album probably also feels very happy and confident and free because that’s the way that I get to feel every single day of my life, because of my fiancé, who’s here too. So thanks for all the vibes.”
When the camera panned to the Chiefs star, “I love you,” Kelce mouthed, a video of which immediately went viral on social media.

After Swift attended so many Chiefs game, fans were thrilled to see the 11-time Pro Bowler cheering on Swift.
“We live in this world where there’s so much immediate feedback, constantly, like you get feedback for everything you share with the world,” she said. “Now, like everything you post, you get feedback whether it’s good or bad or whatever.
“I just wanna say if I had one hope for you, I would say that I hope that you get to nurture your hobby and your passion. Just between you and that craft, and you give yourself time. Give yourself time to make mistakes.
“Give yourself time to hone your craft. I’m a firm believer that anything you feed your mind, it will internalize. Anything you feed the internet, it will attempt to kill, and I don’t want that for your dreams. So just thank you for allowing me to turn my hobby into a love, into a passion, into a dream, into a career. Thank you for allowing me to have it this long.”
