Parker Elisabeth Henry is the wife of New England Patriots tight end Hunter Henry. The couple has been married since 2018 and is expecting their third child together.

After the Patriots clinched their spot in the 2026 Super Bowl, Parker marked the moment on Instagram, calling it the result of a decade-long journey and expressing overwhelming gratitude and pride.

Here’s what you need to know about Hunter Henry’s wife.

1. Parker and Hunter Started Dating During Their Time at University

The couple’s relationship began at the University of Arkansas, where both were students. Hunter graduated a year earlier, and Parker was still finishing her nursing studies when he made the leap to the NFL.

Parker entered the workforce as a labor and delivery nurse shortly after earning her degree in 2018, continuing in the role for two and a half years as her husband’s NFL career took shape.

After relocating to Massachusetts in 2021 when Hunter signed with the New England Patriots, Parker discovered she was expecting their son and made the decision to put her nursing career on hold to focus on her growing family.

2. Parker is Expecting Her Third Child With Hunter

The couple has two children, Ace and Rivi. In March 2026, they will welcome their third child together.

Their son Ace is already attending preschool.

With Hunter frequently away during the NFL season, motherhood has taken on an especially central role in Parker’s life. In an essay for Business Insider, she shared that raising their soon-to-be three children gives her a strong sense of purpose, while noting that her journey in nursing isn’t over.

3. Massachusetts Became Her Second Home

When Hunter Henry signed with the New England Patriots in 2021, Parker wasn’t sold on the move to Boston at first.

Once the family landed in Massachusetts, her doubts faded. The state reminded her of Arkansas—from the familiar weather to the deep-rooted loyalty of the people.

They put down roots in Massachusetts, buying a home near the stadium and welcoming both of their children there. With family life built around the team and a strong support system on and off the field, the state has truly become home for them.

4. Parker and the Kids are Hunter’s Biggest Fans

Parker makes sure she and the kids never miss a home game, but road trips are a whole different challenge. NFL families aren’t allowed to fly or stay with the team, so she has to handle all the travel logistics on her own.

In her essay, she explained that it’s often easier to stay put. The Patriots always head straight back after a game, no matter how late it finishes — and that’s usually when she and the kids get to see Hunter.

The family only hits the road when they have friends or relatives in the city. On other away days, Parker and Ace watch Hunter play from home, working around his nap schedule to catch the action.

5. Being the Wife of an NFL Player isn’t All Glitz and Glam

The whole obsession with NFL wives and girlfriends cracks Parker up.

At the end of the day, they’re just humans grinding through the week, she told Business Insider. She added, people should forget about the glitz and glam — it’s all hype when you’re juggling the mental load of running a household, getting the kids to school, and packing lunches like a champ.

Hunter has no clue what’s happening at home during football season — and Parker makes no bones about it. With no family nearby, she leans on paid help to keep the household running while Hunter’s grinding it out on the field.
