The 2026 NFL Draft is almost upon us. In just over two weeks, the all of these prospects will find new homes in the NFL. Fresh off winning a Super Bowl, the Seattle Seahawks now look to reload after losing some key pieces in free agency.
We’re in the heart of mock draft season, and those are good exercises to mimic how teams might approach the draft if the board falls in various ways. I’ve been scouting this class since last summer and it’s almost surreal to think they’ll be NFL players in just a few short weeks.
I’ll be conducting a three-round Seahawks-specific mock draft. This will be a predictive exercise using PFF’s simulator to project who will be available at each pick. The Seahawks have three picks in the top 100 to work with.
Round 1, Pick 32: The Seattle Seahawks Select San Diego State CB Chris Johnson

A dynamic, experienced zone cornerback, the Seahawks have been connected to Johnson throughout the pre-draft process. He showcased impressive athleticism at the Scouting Combine and he can play in man or zone schemes. Johnson is at his best when he can keep his eyes on the quarterback, however, and he’s a turnover machine.
Seattle could have also gone with Tennessee CB Colton Hood, Oregon G Emmanuel Pregnon, or Missouri ED Zion Young. But Johnson is the best fit, and with Riq Woolen signing in Philadelphia, the Seahawks are in need of more reinforcements at cornerback.
Round 2, Pick 64: The Seattle Seahawks Select Arkansas RB Mike Washington Jr.

With Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker III departing for the Chiefs in free agency and Zach Charbonnet set to miss most of the year with a knee injury, the Seahawks need a new running back. Enter Washington, a Combine standout after running a bonkers 4.33-second 40-yard dash at 223 pounds. He’s built like a tank and extremely quick, with a great tackle-breaking profile.
The Seahawks could also go with Tennessee ED Joshua Josephs or Georgia Tech G Keylan Rutledge. But I like Washington’s fit in Seattle a lot, and he’s their kind of prospect.
Round 3, Pick 96: The Seahawks Select Auburn ED Keyron Crawford
It’s not a pressing need, but the Seahawks could look to restock the cupboard a bit at edge rusher. Seattle HC Mike Macdonald loves to keep his pass rushers fresh, and Crawford would be a great addition to that rotation. He’s long and fast, with a rapidly-expanded bag of pass rush moves and the tenacity to make it work in the NFL.
