MMA legend Rampage Jackson‘s son, Raja Jackson, is making headlines this weekend after knocking out a wrestler and then unloading a serious combination of ground-and-pound strikes.

On Saturday night, while at a Knokx Pro Wrestling event in California, Jackson wound up getting into a pre-event spat with one of the pro wrestlers.

Based on video footage from before the event, it appears as though the pro wrestler hit Jackson with a full can of pop (soda), causing it to explode on his head. Jackson wasn’t happy about the situation, with other wrestlers stepping in to separate the two.

At one point, Jackson can be heard saying, “I will f*** him up.”

When the two stepped into the ring, Raja Jackson was supposed to hit the wrestler with a double-leg takedown, however, things instead spiraled out of control, with Rampage Jackson’s son unloading a devastating combination of ground-and-pound strikes after the slam.

Raja Jackson was then seen on-video speaking with someone on the phone outside the arena, who said that the pro wrestler was still unconscious.

Rampage Jackson Reacts to Incident at Pro Wrestling Event

During Raja Jackson’s in-ring altercation, his father was on stream with content creator Sneako.

Once he saw the footage of the incident, he immediately hopped off the stream.

Jackson then hopped on social media after learning more details, revealing Syko Stu was taken to the hospital, and is awake.

“I want to clear up the misinformation about my son Raja. I’ve been confirmed that the wrestler ( Stewart Smith aka Syko Stu) is awake and stable. Raja was unexpectedly hit in the side of the head by him moments before Smith’s match, Raja was told that he could get his “payback”in the ring,i thought it was apart of the show.

“It was bad judgement, and a work that went wrong. Raja is a MMA fighter not a pro wrestler and had no business involved in an event like this. I don’t condone my son’s actions AT ALL! He suffered a concussion from sparring only days ago and had no business doing anything remotely close to physical contact. As a father, im deeply concerned with his health AND the well being of Mr. Smith. That being said I’m very upset that any of this happened, but my main concern now is that Mr. Smith will make a speedy recovery.I apologize on his behalf and to KICK for the situation.”

Wrestler Knocked Out By Rampage Jackson’s Son Was US Army Veteran

As messages of support and well-wishes began pouring out for the pro wrestler knocked out by Raja Jackson, more information began coming out about who the individual is.

Known in-ring as Syko Stu, Stewart Smith is a US Army veteran who explained in a previous video for KnokxPro Wrestling that he began his career in 2009 after getting out of the military.

“Pro in 2009. I had just got out of the military. Probably about six months earlier, I got out of the military. I joined KnokxPro, you know, because I needed something to focus on. I needed something to help me adjust back into civilian life. You know, a lot of veterans, it’s hard for them to readjust into civilian life, coming from the life of the military.

“I’m an American soldier that suffers from PTSD. Being in front of a crowd, it doesn’t give me as much anxiety and aggression as I thought it would.”
