Philadelphia rapper and singer, PnB Rock, recently released the music video for his new single “Notice Me.” The song is on his debut album GTTM: Goin Thru the Motions. The album was released earlier this year on January 13.
PnB Rock is a new artist signed to Atlantic Records. He released his first hit single in 2016 called “Selfish,” which peaked at No. 51 on the Billboard Hot 100 Charts. He first found out about the popularity of his music from a prison cell, after he received over 300 fan letters. PnB Rock was also listed by Rolling Stone as one of the “10 New Artists You Need To Know.” He’s worked with Wiz Khalifa, DJ Drama, David Guetta, and toured with fellow new artist Dae Dae.
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, the video is very playful and gives a huge emphasis on social media. The song is about trying to get the attention of a woman or several. In the video, the young man played PnB constantly getting ignored by women, mostly due to the fact that he’s low on income.
