Coming off the second-closest finish in race history in 2014, the Indianapolis 500 turns 99 on Sunday, May 24.
The highlight of the IndyCar season gets underway from Indianapolis Motor Speedway at approximately 12:15 p.m. Eastern on Sunday. It will be televised by ABC.
Scott Dixon, the 2008 winner, is on the pole for the race after winning qualifying Sunday with an average speed of 226.760 miles per hour. Joining him in Row 1 is Will Power (middle) and Simon Pagenaud (outside).
Former victor Tony Kanaan (inside), 3-time winner and 2014 runner-up Helio Castroneves (middle) and Justin Wilson (outside) comprise Row 2.

As for the betting odds, sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com have Juan Pablo Montoya as the favorite at 11/2. Right behind him at 6/1 are Dixon, Castroneves and Power. Last year’s winner Ryan Hunter-Reay, who will start in Row 6, has 14/1 odds. You can see the rest below.
