WATCH: Roger Goodell Press Conference Live Stream Online

Roger Goodell is finally coming out of hiding. The NFL commissioner will hold a press conference at 3 p.m. Eastern Friday in New York City to discuss domestic violence issues and the league’s personal conduct policy.

It will be Goodell’s first public appearance since the Ray Rice video emerged on September 8 and his first public comments since he told CBS’ Norah O’Donnell that no one in the NFL office had seen the tape until TMZ published it — a claim that came under question when the Associated Press reported the next day that a woman in the league office had received the video in April.

Goodell has canceled several appearances over the past three weeks as the NFL’s image has been further tarnished by even more off-the-field problems highlighted by the Adrian Peterson child abuse case.

The press conference comes a day after Goodell sent a memo to the league’s 32 teams announcing partnerships with the National Domestic Violence Hotline and the National Sexual Violence Resource Center. You can read the memo below.
