Things got off to a shaky start for Matt Ryan Thursday night, when some of the pyrotechnics accompanying the Falcons introductions caught the quarterback in the eye, prompting him to take off his helmet and eventually administer some eye drops.
Fortunately for the Falcons, Matty Ice wasn’t the least bit impacted on the field.
The quarterback proceeded to carve up the Tampa Bay defense, throwing 3 touchdown passes in the first 16 minutes of the game as Atlanta built a 28-0 lead.
