The Mets and Royals will face off in the World Series beginning on October 27, 2015 at Kaufmann Stadium in Kansas City, MO. The Mets have not won a World Series since 1986, while the Royals beat the Cardinals in the 1985 World Series. The Royals lost last year’s World Series to the Giants, while the Mets have not made the World Series since losing to the Yankees in the 2000 World Series.
