Golf fans have eagerly awaited the PGA Tour’s return to Doral, a venue long associated with legends in the sport including Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson. Dramatic finishes on the demanding Blue Monster layout which stretches more than 7,700 yards and is filled with punishing water hazards makes for some of the most captivating viewing in professional golf. This year, fans and analysts alike are waiting on the edge of their seats as the best players are expected to be tested on challenging course.
While several major stars, including two-time Masters Tournament champion Rory McIlroy and Xander Schauffele, are skipping the event due to scheduling conflicts, the field still includes world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, Tommy Fleetwood, Collin Morikawa, and Justin Rose.
