During Game 2, James will make incredible history by becoming the only player to appear in 300 career NBA playoff games.

The NBA wrote (via X): “Playoff game NUMBER 300 for LeBron tonight! 🤯 The NBA’s all-time leader in postseason games played and his Lakers take on OKC in Game 2 at 9:30pm/et on Prime.”

James is in his eighth season playing for the Lakers after signing with the franchise during the Summer of 2018.

At 41, the future Hall of Famer finished the 2025-26 regular season with averages of 20.9 points, 6.1 rebounds, 7.2 assists and 1.2 steals per contest while shooting 51.5% from the field and 31.7% from three-point range in 60 games.

Real App wrote (after Game 1): “LeBron James is the oldest player ever to have a playoff game with 25+ PTS on 70%+ FG.”

The Lakers are coming off a series where they beat the Houston Rockets (in six games).

They have played well despite being without Luka Doncic (and Austin Reaves recently returning).

Nearly everyone is predicting the Lakers to lose their series with OKC, but having James on the floor will give them a chance against anyone.

Underdog wrote: “LeBron James has totaled 153 dunks since turning 40 years old That’s more than Derrick Rose had in his entire career (119)”

In Game 1, James was the only player on the Lakers to put up 20+ points.

Rui Hachimura finished with 18 points, two rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block while shooting 7/13 from the field and 3/6 from three-point range in 37 minutes of playing time.

Games 3 and 4 of the series will be in Los Angeles (on Saturday and Monday).
