Miami Heat Announce Andrew Wiggins Update Before Pistons Game

For Sunday’s game, the Heat could remain without Wiggins, as he is listed as questionable on the injury report due to a toe issue.

Wiggins is in his second season with Miami after a trade (via the Golden State Warriors) last year.
The former Kansas star is averaging 15.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 47.4% from the field and 39.9% from three-point range in 57 games.

Wiggins was the first pick in the 2014 NBA Draft after one season of college basketball.

The Heat come into play as the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 35-29 record in 64 games.
They are in the middle of a four-game winning streak (and have won seven out of their last ten).
Following the Pistons, the Heat will play their next game on Tuesday night when they remain at home to host the Washington Wizards.
In Miami, they have gone 20-11.
