The Cincinnati Reds are off to a slow start — with four straight losses and seven losses in eight games, to be exact — and manager Bryan Price took out his frustrations in a long, profanity-filled rant to the media.

Here is the audio clip of Price. Due to the obvious profanities used, Gnanett has censored those portions of the audio clip.

Price was specifically upset about the accurate reports that All-Star catcher Devin Mesoraco was not with the team for Sunday’s game against St. Louis.

Here is a brief transcript of the rant as taken down by a Reds beat writer on their iPhone:

The team is 6-7, and just two games behind the St. Louis Cardinals very early in the season, so the rant came completely from left field. Price should let the season unfold before dropping his 78th, 79th etc. f-bombs.
