
The New York Knicks were absolutely on fire from long range in the first quarter of Game 4 against the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday afternoon.
The Knicks attempted 13 3-pointers in the first 12 minutes of the contest and they connected on 11 of them.

The 11 that they made during the first quarter was an NBA record for the most made triples in the first quarter of any playoff game, ever.
A plethora of different Knicks players contributed to the record including Jalen Brunson, Miles McBride, Landry Shamet, Josh Hart and Karl-Anthony Towns.
It was an unbelievably impressive shooting performance by the Knicks, and it propelled them to a commanding 43-24 lead heading into the second quarter of the contest.

New York didn’t cool off after the first quarter, either. The Knicks went on to knock down seven more 3s in the second quarter to bring their first-half total to 18, which tied an NBA record.
Thanks to their impressive output from long range, the Knicks took a 81-57 lead into the halftime locker room.
