Holmgren And The Thunder Right Now

After winning the 2025 NBA Championship, Holmgren and the Thunder still remain the best team in the league.

They are the first seed in the Western Conference with a 50-15 record in 65 games.

Over their last ten games, the Thunder have gone 8-2 (and they have also won five games in a row).

ESPN’s Shams Charania wrote (in July): “Breaking: Oklahoma City Thunder star and NBA champion Chet Holmgren has agreed to a fully guaranteed five-year maximum rookie contract extension that could reach $250 million, agent Bill Duffy of WME Basketball told ESPN.”
