The Yankees won the first game 3-1 on Friday. The Blue Jays won 4-3 on Saturday.
Cody Bellinger is in the Yankees’ lineup for the first time since landing on the IL in late July.
Before Sunday’s game, Yankees manager Aaron Boone commented on Bellinger’s return.

Jose Soriano is slated to start for the Blue Jays today. The 27-year-old right-hander is 10-6 with a 3.23 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 136 strikeouts over 139 1/3 innings.

The Yankees re-signed Bellinger to a five-year, $162.5 million contract this offseason. The Yankees acquired him in a trade with the Chicago Cubs in the 2024-25 offseason.
Before playing for the Cubs, Bellinger played for the Los Angeles Dodgers. He won an MVP, Rookie of the Year Award and a World Series ring with Los Angeles.
