The Indiana Fever play their second game of a back-to-back on Sunday against the Chicago Sky. The Fever are at the end of a grueling, five-game road trip that started last week.
It’s Fever’s third set of back-to-back games this season, tying three other teams for the most in the WNBA. They are also in their fifth game in eight days, making it harder to play due to fatigue.
But it’s the final stretch of the regular season, and every game counts for the Fever since they want to finish atop the Eastern Conference standings.

In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, the Indiana Fever have revealed their injury report for tonight’s game against the Chicago Sky.
There are four players on the injury report, including Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston, Myisha Hines-Allen and Damiris Dantas.
Clark is listed as probable due to her lingering back injury. It’s a bit of good news since she’ll likely get upgraded to available before the 7:00 p.m. tip-off.
Boston, on the other hand, won’t play tonight because of a lower right leg injury. It’s probably just a precaution since she has not been cleared to play in back-to-back games this season.
The Fever star fell hard on her right knee at the end of July against the Seattle Storm. It was the same knee that she injured in February during her stint at Unrivaled. Tonight will also be the first time she’s been ruled out since the Storm game.
Hines-Allen is tagged questionable because of a right shoulder injury. She suffered the injury against the New York Liberty, but she could get upgraded to available or listed as out.
Coach Stephanie White wasn’t sure about Hines-Allen’s injury after the Liberty game, but it’s now clearer.
And as for Dantas, she was ruled out for the season earlier this month. She underwent surgery to repair a torn meniscus on her left knee. She’s currently not with the team as she begins her recovery.
Who Steps Up for the Fever?

With Aliyah Boston out, Makayla Timpson is expected to step up and earn more minutes. Monique Billings, who lost her starting spot to Timpson, will likely return as a starter against the Chicago Sky.
If Caitlin Clark gets ruled out, Tyasha Harris should step in, alongside rookie Raven Johnson, who earned a DNP against the New York Liberty.
Mercedes Russell is also expected to get minutes, especially if Myisha Hines-Allen is downgraded to out. Russell signed with the Fever on August 10 as a season-ending injury exception following Damiris Dantas’ knee surgery.
