Orlando Shooting: Videos From Pulse Nightclub Attack

Several people were injured Sunday morning when a gunman opened fire at Pulse, a gay nightclub in Orlando, police say.

Gunfire can be heard in videos from the scene, including one you can watch above. The shooting began at about 2 a.m. when a police officer engaged in a gunfight with the suspect. The gunman, who has not yet been identified, was killed by a SWAT team at about 5 a.m. after taking hostages.

Police have called the incident a domestic terrorist attack. They say at least 50 people were taken to local hospitals and about 50 people were killed inside the nightclub. Police are still investigating the shooter’s motive.

Kenya Michaels, who was performing at the club, is reported to be OK. The shooting comes one night after former Voice contestant Christina Grimmie was gunned down outside of Plaza Live, about four miles away from Pulse. The gunman in that shooting, Kevin Loibl, fatally shot himself, police said.

A video recorded at a nearby apartment appears to show the final gun battle between the Pulse club shooter and police:
