On August 29, Justin Wrobleski completed a rehab assignment with AAA Oklahoma City.

He is expected to have a different role within the Dodgers pitching staff upon his reinstatement.

Wrobleski had a phenomenal first half of the 2026 season, which earned him an All-Star bid, but the end of July and August was rough for Wrobleski, as he started to give up far too many home runs.

Dodgers_After_Duty wrote (via X.com) about Wrobleski’s rehab assignment on Friday last week:

“Justin Wrobleski line from his first rehab relief appearance. 30 P / 18 S / 3 H / 1 ER / 0 BB / 1 K. 97 mph FB / 96 mph sinker / 90 mph slider.”

“Justin Wrobleski is getting closer to rejoining the Dodgers. Wrobo worked 1⅓ innings with two strikeouts for Triple-A Oklahoma City on Saturday, Aug. 29, in his first rehab appearance since landing on the IL with left forearm inflammation.”
With the Dodgers’ loaded rotation right now, Wrobleski could be a top southpaw option for LA out of the bullpen down the stretch.
