Top 5 Best Upcoming Xbox One Games: November 2015

Upcoming Xbox One games november 2015

November is typically THE best month for video game releases, and this year’s slate of releases is no exception. The upcoming Xbox One games of November 2015 are the console’s biggest games of the year. November is the month we wait for all year, and for the gaming enthusiasts, it’s like Christmas comes a month early.

Of course, the majority of Xbox One gamers will pick up Fallout 4, as it is one of the most anticipated Xbox One games for fall 2015, but there are other great video game releases on the horizon, too. In fact, you’d better cut up your credit cards before the month starts just so you’re not tempted to buy them all.

Here are the top 5 best upcoming Xbox One games in November 2015:

1. Fallout 4

Release Date: November 10

Not only is Fallout 4 our most anticipated game of November, it has been our most anticipated game of the entire year since its announcement. Bethesda hasn’t let us down yet when it comes to Fallout, and the footage we’ve seen so far looks promising. We’re expecting really big things for the game, and hopefully the bugs are kept to a minimum when it releases on November 10. Of course, we included Fallout 4 in our list of 2015’s best gifts for boys.

2. Star Wars Battlefront

Release Date: November 17

Of course, any Star Wars game gets our blood pumping, but after the recent Star Wars Battlefront beta, we’re especially excited for the upcoming game. The game plays brilliantly, stripping down all of the bells and whistles that have begun to overwhelm FPS gamers and dumbing-it-down for a pick up and play experience. It’s simple, it’s fun, and it ran flawlessly, at least during the beta. Hopefully, EA and DICE can keep the framerate up for the official release, and if so, Star Wars Battlefront is going to be a GOTY contender. Plus, it’ll work as a nice precursor for The Force Awakens.

3. Call of Duty: Black Ops III

Release Date: November 6

Another year, another Call of Duty. While that’s true, we’re genuinely still excited for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. The Black Ops 3 gameplay we’ve seen so far looks great, and the new momentum-based chained-movement system looks cool. The most exciting aspect of the upcoming Xbox One game — at least in my humble opinion — is the upcoming zombies mode, because, well, Jeff Goldblum. But seriously, the new zombie mode looks like the most ambitious of the zombie modes to date, and it has a full XP-based progression system for players that adds another depth to the already exciting gameplay.

4. Need for Speed

Release Date: November 3

The upcoming Need for Speed reboot looks to bring the car racing game back to the days of Need for Speed Underground. It will feature rich authentic customization, allowing users to build a car based on their character with extensive visual and performance customization. The story mode will feature five distinctive overlapping stories that are each inspired by a real world racing icon. It’s set in a west coast city, with a day/night cycle.

5. Rise of the Tomb Raider

Release Date: November 10

Although it is coming out on the worst possible day of the month (because virtually everyone will be playing Fallout 4), Rise of the Tomb Raider looks to be a formidable game. In fact, it looks great. We’re not going to be running people over at the store to get it, but once we do get around to playing it, we have a feeling we’re going to enjoy it. Of course, it helps that it’s a timed Xbox One exclusive.
