Sermon rushed 18 times for 29 yards and wasn't targeted in the Colts' 20-17 win over the Titans on Sunday. Sermon scuffled his way to a meager 1.6 yards per carry, and 11 of his yards actually came on one of his attempts. The journeyman back was outperformed by Tyler Goodson, who rode a game-long 33-yard run on the way to an average of 6.4 yards per carry on eight attempts. Neither back figures to have much fantasy relevance if Jonathan Taylor is able to return from his ankle injury in Week 7 against the Dolphins; however, if the latter misses at least one more game, Goodson may have earned himself a larger role at Sermon's expense.
Downs brought in seven of nine targets for 66 yards and a touchdown in the Colts' 20-17 win over the Titans on Sunday. He also returned four punts for 67 yards. Downs' reception, yardage and target totals all set the pace for the Colts on the afternoon, and the second-year wideout also opened the scoring with a 22-yard touchdown grab to cap off the opening possession of the contest. Downs has at least seven catches and Sunday's yardage total in three consecutive games, and he should finally have a chance to play a full game with Anthony Richardson (oblique) in 2024 during a Week 7 home battle against the Dolphins.
Pittman secured three of five targets for 35 yards and a touchdown in the Colts' 20-17 win over the Titans on Sunday. Pittman went from being reportedly considered for a stint on injured reserve due to a back injury early in the week to filling his usual No. 1 receiver role Sunday. While his catch and yardage totals left plenty to be desired, Pittman helped salvage the day for fantasy managers with a tough 10-yard grab just past the midway point of the fourth quarter, a score that proved to be the difference in the game. Pittman will look to record a touchdown for the third consecutive contest when Indianapolis welcomes in the Dolphins in Week 7.
Flacco completed 22 of 38 passes for 189 yards with two touchdowns and one interception in the Colts' 20-17 win over the Titans on Sunday. He also rushed once for one yard. Flacco turned in a workman-like performance that saw him struggle at times, including on a first-quarter interception that led to a Titans touchdown. However, the veteran signal-caller continued to battle throughout and eventually led scoring drives on three straight possessions between late in the third quarter and the midway point of the final period. Flacco connected with Josh Downs (22 yards) and Michael Pittman (10 yards) for his pair of touchdown passes, and if Anthony Richardson (oblique) makes his return against the Dolphins in Week 7 as expected, Flacco will have completed his early season fill-in tenure with a trio of multi-touchdown tallies.
Kelly (calf) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Titans, James Boyd of The Athletic reports. Kelly previously missed time this season due to a neck injury, but will now be sidelined with a calf issue. Tanor Bortolini will fill in at center now for the Colts.

Odeyingbo is available to start the third quarter after leaving the game in the second quarter due to a hamstring injury. He recorded one QB hit in the first half and has 2.0 sacks on the season.
