Knight recorded 88 tackles (41 solo), including 1.5 sacks, and two pass defenses over 16 games during the 2024 season. Knight played sparingly to begin the season, but he was named a starter after the Week 10 bye and never looked back, tallying 65 tackles through the final eight games (averaging 8.1 per game). The rookie fourth-round pick probably hasn't done enough to guarantee a starting role in 2025, but he'll be in the competition barring high-end additions to the team this offseason.
Williams recorded 64 tackles (37 solo), including 11.0 sacks, and three pass defenses, including a pick-six, across 16 games during the 2024 season. Williams didn't slow down in his age-30 season, as he put up double-digit sacks for the first time since the 2020 season while adding his first career pick-six -- a 92-yard return. Having signed a three-year deal with the Seahawks in March of 2024, Williams has two years remaining on his contract. As it stands, he'll carry a $29.15 million cap hit in 2025.
Witherspoon registered 98 tackles (66 solo), including 1.0 sacks, and nine pass defenses across 17 games during the 2024 season. Witherspoon was the Seahawks' only Pro Bowl player this season, marking his second time earning the honor in as many years. The 2023 first-round pick primarily played in the slot and paid dividends for fantasy managers with a high tackle count once again. He'll undoubtedly be a starter again in 2025 and should draw plenty of fantasy intrigue.
Love recorded 109 tackles (79 solo), 12 pass defenses (including three interceptions) and two forced fumbles across 17 games during the 2024 season. Love has now stacked up at least 100 tackles in three straight seasons and at least 10 pass defenses in two straight seasons. The 2019 fourth-round pick signed a three-year contract extension with the Seahawks last summer, locking him in through 2027. Love will likely start at free safety again in 2025 as the Seahawks aim to get back into the playoffs.
Barner caught 30 passes (on 38 targets) for 245 yards and four touchdowns across 17 games with the Seahawks in 2024. Barner operated as the Seahawks' No. 2 tight end behind Noah Fant. The rookie fourth-round pick managed to finish third among all Seahawks pass-catchers with four touchdowns despite never recording more than 34 yards in a game. Fant has one year remaining on his contract, meaning Barner will likely serve as the No. 2 tight end again in 2025.
Brown recorded eight catches (on 12 targets) for 65 yards over 15 games with the Seahawks in 2024. Brown averaged 16.3 offensive snaps per game, finishing behind both Noah Fant and rookie fourth-round pick AJ Barner. The 30-year-old tight end will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, so he may end up on his fifth team in four years.
Darden caught his lone target for six yards across 12 games between the Browns (seven) and Seahawks (five) in 2024. He also returned 10 punts for 75 yards and seven kickoffs for 199 yards. The 2021 fourth-round pick didn't play an offensive snap for the Seahawks. He'll be a restricted free agent this offseason, and even if the Seahawks retain him, Darden will need to earn his job in training camp.
