Holliday is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Padres. Jeremiah Jackson will receive the nod at second base while Holliday appears to be receiving a planned rest day for the series finale. Holliday had covered the keystone in each of the Orioles' last 11 games, going 6-for-36 (.167 average) with one home run, five RBI and four runs over that stretch.
