Will Fries: Everything you need to know

Fries (knee) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game versus Green Bay. Fries had previously dealt with a calf issue, but he's still good to go for Sunday's divisional tilt. He's started all 10 games to this point.

Fries (knee) was a limited participant at practice Thursday. Fries was considered a non-participant at the team's walkthrough Wednesday, so his participation was a step in the right direction Thursday. The offensive lineman was able to play through a calf injury in Week 11 against the Bears, and he'll have one more chance to leave behind the new knee injury by practicing in full Friday before Sunday's matchup with the Packers.

Fries (knee) didn't participate in Minnesota's practice Wednesday. Fries hurt his calf in practice last week, although it's unclear if that's related to his current injury. If the 27-year-old ends up being unable to play in Sunday's game versus the Packers, Joe Huber would likely start at right guard in his place.
