Dickinson notched an assist and two shots on goal in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Ducks in Game 4. Dickinson's clearly not 100 percent, as he's missed five of the last seven games due to a suspected lower-body injury. The 30-year-old has picked up three points, four shots on net, three blocked shots and a plus-2 rating over his two playoff appearances, but his absence has diminished the Oilers' center depth. They're facing elimination in Game 5 on Tuesday, so Dickinson may need to play through the issue some more to keep the season going.

Latest Oilers News
Jason Dickinson : Adds helper in return
Dickinson notched an assist and two shots on goal in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Ducks in Game 4. Dickinson's clearly not 100 percent, as he's missed five of the last seven games due to a suspected lower-body injury. The 30-year-old has picked up three points, four shots on net, three blocked shots and a plus-2 rating over his two playoff appearances, but his absence has diminished the Oilers' center depth. They're facing elimination in Game 5 on Tuesday, so Dickinson may need to play through the issue some more to keep the season going.
Connor McDavid : Deals two assists in Game 4
McDavid notched two power-play assists and three shots on goal in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Ducks in Game 4. McDavid picked up four points over two games in Anaheim, but the Oilers lost both of those contests and are down 3-1 in the series. The superstar center has earned 13 shots on net, five hits and a minus-6 rating over four playoff outings this year. McDavid will likely need to put the team on his back at home in Game 5 to keep the season alive.
Kasperi Kapanen : Nets another goal in loss
Kapanen scored a goal on two shots and added three hits in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Ducks in Game 4. Kapanen has done his part this series with four goals and one assist over four contests after picking up just two points over his last 15 regular-season games. The 29-year-old winger's performance hasn't been copied by many of his teammates, which is why the Oilers are staring down elimination. Kapanen should continue to be effective on offense and with physicality in a middle-six role at even strength.
Ryan Nugent-Hopkins : Finds twine on power play
Nugent-Hopkins scored a power-play goal and blocked two shots in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Ducks in Game 4. Nugent-Hopkins has gotten on the scoresheet in the last three games, earning two goals and an assist. That's all of his offense this postseason, and he's added four shots on net, four blocked shots, three hits and a minus-1 rating over four contests in this first-round series. The Oilers have tried a few different line combinations -- Nugent-Hopkins started this game on the third line after previously playing on the top line -- but they haven't been able to keep pace with the Ducks most of the time.
Evan Bouchard : Goal, assist in overtime loss
Bouchard scored a goal on three shots and dished an assist, both on the power play, in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Ducks in Game 4. Bouchard set up Ryan Nugent-Hopkins' first-period tally before scoring one of his own in the third. With four points over the two road games in this series, Bouchard's offense has returned after he was held off the scoresheet in the first two contests. He's added seven shots on net, four blocked shots and a minus-6 rating while seeing his usual top-pairing minutes.
Tristan Jarry : Loses Game 4 in overtime
Jarry stopped 34 of 38 shots in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Ducks in Game 4. Jarry had an acceptable performance by the numbers, but he let leads of 2-0 and 3-2 slip away in regulation. In overtime, he was able to slow down a Ryan Poehling shot, but it squeaked across the goal line at 2:29 of the extra session, sending the Oilers to a third straight loss and the brink of elimination. At this point, it's unclear who between Jarry and Connor Ingram will get the nod in a must-win Game 5 on Tuesday in Edmonton, but the Oilers will need whoever starts to be at their best to slow down the Ducks' high-flying offense.
Colton Dach : Under the weather
Dach isn't in the lineup for Game 4 in Anaheim on Sunday due to an illness, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports. Dach is being replaced in the lineup by Jason Dickinson, who missed the previous two games in this series because of an undisclosed injury. Dach has recorded 15 hits while averaging 8:53 of ice time so far in the 2026 postseason. Game 5 is set for Tuesday in Edmonton.
Jason Dickinson : Available for Game 4 in Anaheim
Dickinson (undisclosed) will suit up in Game 4 on Sunday in Anaheim, per Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet. Dickinson was sidelined for the previous two games in this series after scoring two goals on two shots in a 4-3 win in Game 1 on Monday. The 30-year-old will center the third line between Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Jack Roslovic for this pivotal game in Anaheim before the series shifts back to Edmonton for Game 5 on Tuesday.
