Donald Trump heads to Super Tuesday with all the momentum on his side after three straight victories in New Hampshire, South Carolina and Nevada. Texas is a must-win state for Ted Cruz to stay competitive in the race.

Early polls suggest Ted Cruz has a slight edge in the state he has represented in the Senate. Trump supporters will point to the most recent Emerson poll that has just a one point gap between Cruz and Trump.
