Ezeudu (calf) and the Giants agreed to terms on a contract Tuesday. Ezeudu finished 2025 on injured reserve with New York due to a calf injury, but it appears he's moved past the issue. The 26-year-old is expected to compete for a reserve role on the team's offensive line.
Ezeudu (calf) was not activated from injured reserve Wednesday and his practice period expired, per the NFL transaction log. Ezeudu has practiced in full for the last couple of weeks, but the Giants will keep him sidelined with nothing to play for in Week 18. He was unable to suit up at all in the 2025 season after suffering a calf injury during training camp.
Ezeudu (calf) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Raiders. Ezeudu has been listed as a full participant at practice throughout Week 17 prep, and he seems healthy enough to be activated from IR and suit up versus Las Vegas on Sunday. He'll need to be activated by the team on Saturday in order to be eligible to take the field Sunday. With Andrew Thomas (hamstring) ruled out for Week 17, Ezeudu could provide New York with some needed depth at left tackle.
