Austin Deculus: Everything you need to know

Tennessee and Deculus (oblique) agreed to a contract Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Deculus played for the Chargers last season, starting five of the 13 games in which he appeared during the regular season. The LSU product missed the wild-card round game versus New England due to an oblique issue, but he's presumably now past that injury. Deculus should provide depth along the offensive line for the Titans next season.

Deculus (oblique) is inactive for Sunday night's wild-card contest against the Patriots, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports. Deculus is dealing with an apparent oblique injury, and he'll now be forced to miss the opening round of the postseason. In his absence, the Chargers' depth will be a little thin behind starting offensive tackles Jamaree Salyer and Trey Pipkins versus New England.

Deculus (ankle) does not have an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Titans. Deculus was inactive for the Chargers' Week 8 win over the Vikings. He managed to practice all week leading up to the game against Tennessee, logging two limited sessions before upgrading to full participation Friday. Deculus is in line to serve as tackle depth in Week 9.
