Rogers (undisclosed) was placed on injured reserve by the Chargers on Wednesday. Rogers suffered an undisclosed injury in the team's second preseason contest Aug. 10 versus the Saints, and he will now be forced to miss at least four contests to open the 2025 campaign. In his absence, Benjamin St-Juste and Nikko Reed will see an increase in workload at cornerback.

Rogers exited Sunday's preseason game against the Saints with an undisclosed injury and didn't return, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports. Rogers limped off the field with the assistance of the team's training staff, and it looked to be a lower-body issue. He's never appeared in a regular-season NFL game.
