Kraft (knee) said Wednesday that he expects to play Week 1 without any playing-time restrictions, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports. Coming back from last year's ACL tear, Kraft is absent from OTA practices but hopes to participate in training camp. Packers coach Matt LaFleur also said he hopes to have the tight end on the field during the early portion of training camp, and Packers GM Brian Gutekunst said Kraft is ahead of schedule in his rehab process. While the Packers have a well-earned reputation for caution with injured players, it sounds like all parties are on board for Kraft making a run at gaining clearance for Week 1.
Watson and the Packers have reached agreement on a four-year contract extension, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Per Schefter, Watson's new deal is a four-year, $110.5 million pact that includes a $31 million signing bonus. The 2022 second-rounder is coming off a 2025 regular season in which he recorded 35 catches (on 55 targets) for 611 yards and six touchdowns in 10 games. As the coming campaign approaches, Watson, Jayden Reed and Matthew Golden are in line to pace a Green Bay WR corps that also includes Savion Williams, Bo Melton and Skyy Moore following the offseason departures of Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks. Looking ahead, Watson's per-route production makes him a fantasy breakout candidate in 2026, provided he can stay on the field.
Parsons (knee) said Wednesday that the Packers have a firm nine-month rehab rule for players recovering from ACL tears, making mid-October of 2026 his tentative return date, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports. Parsons underwent surgery to repair a torn left ACL on Dec. 29 of the 2025 season, and he also revealed Wednesday that he had an additional procedure to "clean up" his meniscus. Given the star pass-rusher's importance for not only the 2026 campaign, but also Green Bay's long-term plans, it's no surprise to see the Packers take every precaution with his recovery. Parsons will likely be placed on the PUP list at the start of training camp and remain sidelined during the early portion of the regular season. Until Parsons is back on the field, Brenton Cox and rookie fourth-round pick Dani Dennis-Sutton will be candidates for expanded workloads alongside Lukas Van Ness.
Jacobs is participating in Tuesday's practice, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports. It's the first open practice Jacobs has been at since his arrest last week. After being booked into Brown County Jail on five charges last Tuesday related to an alleged domestic situation, Jacobs was released from police custody the following day and is now back with the Packers at OTAs this week. The legal matters aren't over, and the league will conduct its own investigation into the situation, but according to coach Matt LaFleur the team and player are moving forward with "business as usual" for the time being, per Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com.
Rhyan (knee) participated in Green Bay's OTAs on Wednesday, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports. Rhyan dealt with a knee injury during the second half of the Packers' 2025 season, though it now appears he's returned to full health. The 25-year-old from UCLA inked a three-year, $33 million extension with the Packers in early March and is expected to remain the team's starting center next season.
Tom (knee) is making progress but likely won't return until training camp, Weston Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports. Tom underwent surgery to repair a partially torn patellar tendon this offseason, but it now appears he could return for training camp in late July. Once the Wake Forest product is back at full health, he's expected to remain one of the NFL's top right tackles.
Williams (foot) is participating in OTAs on Wednesday, Weston Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports. Williams concluded the 2025 campaign on IR due to a foot injury that forced him to miss five of Green Bay's final six regular-season contests, but he now appears back to full health. The 2025 third-round pick secured all 10 of his targets for 78 yards and a score and logged 11 carries for 37 across 12 regular-season appearances as a rookie, in addition to 717 yards as a kickoff returner. Williams is positioned to spend the offseason competing for opportunities on offense in a wide receiver room that saw both Romeo Doubs (Patriots) and Dontayvion Wicks (Eagles) move on. He also faces competition from Skyy Moore for touches in the return game.
