Adou Thiero: Breaking News

Thiero was ejected from Sunday's Game 4 of the Western Conference first-round series against the Rockets, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports. Thiero got tied up with Aaron Holiday late in the fourth quarter, leading to both of them getting ejected. He concludes the contest with three points (1-1 FG, 1-1 FT). in six minutes.

Thiero (face) returned to Tuesday's game against the Thunder with 7:54 remaining in the third quarter, per the broadcast. Thiero took an elbow to the face in the second quarter and immediately headed back to the locker room. However, he was eventually cleared to return and will likely continue to play meaningful minutes the rest of the way for the banged-up Lakers.

Thiero exited to the locker room in the second quarter of Tuesday's game against the Thunder due to an apparent facial injury, Thuc Nhi Nguyen of the Los Angeles Times reports. Thiero caught an elbow to the face from Chet Holmgren and headed straight back to the locker room with a towel on his face. Thiero should be considered questionable to return until more information comes to light.
